The hotel is near the main places of Cairns, so its easy to walk around. The beds were comfortable, and whilst the reception is not 24/7, they were very proactie giving me all the relevant instructions for check in and check out outside the reception working hours.

It had everything we needed. Good location. We got an upgrade so that we could check-in earlier, very nice!!

Great location as it is close to Cairns Private hospital. Also able to park our car before check -in. Parking during the day is much sought after around the hospital and specialists rooms. Clean.

Great location a few minutes walk to esplanade , coffee shop , medical centre, aquarium. About 15 minutes walk to night markets. Great chinesse restaurant food was the best ive tasted in years. Its an older place If you want to spend more on tours less on accommodation i really recommend Comfort Inn. The office staff are very accommodating informative and friendly. Great shower pressure and very hot water.

There was some renovation going on above our designated room. It was noisy and loud. When I requested for a change of room, management kindly transferred us to a much better room. The staff are all friendly. The property is near two churches It was walking distance to the Esplanade, the Pier and lagoon.

The room was a bit dated and Iv never stayed at a place that has no dinner plates, knives and forks or anything to eat with no microwave, the bathroom tap came off and I had to put it back on. Most of the glass panel missing in the shower, so had water all over the place when I showered. No plugs in the bathroom sink or bath.. Staff were nice. But really the place needs an update.

close to medical facilities as we had multiple tests to have run in 3 different locations, all easy walking distance from the room. the restaurant was closed the night we were there this time but previously it was good being able to eat there on site. close to the esplanade for a walk and restaurants and cafes. Its a quiet area.

The staff were great, kids loved the pool, easy 5 minute walk to the start of Esplanade board walk and beds were comfy!
